We stand behind every jar we make. If you're not completely satisfied with your Sonolusso products within 30 days of delivery, we'll refund your purchase in full. No questions asked. No hoops to jump through.

We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within one business day.
Ship the product back in its original packaging. Drop it off at any USPS location.
Your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
We don't do direct exchanges at this time. Simply return your current item following the process above, and place a new order for the product you'd like. Your refund will process while your new order ships.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at linda@sonolusso.com with a photo of the damage. We'll ship a replacement at no cost — no return needed. Your satisfaction is our priority.
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is on our roadmap for 2026.
